Summer Concert Series
Music in the park is FREE and open to the public and will be held at Bancroft Park all summer long! Grab a picnic from your favorite local OCC restaurant and don’t forget your lawn chair or blanket.
Taste of OCC - Food & Wine Festival
Grab your friends and families for a day of eating, drinking, and entertainment!
We are expecting a select few restaurants to be present selling their best food items and OCCP will be running the beer & wine tent.
Streetlight Soirèe
Come dine under the lights on Colbrunn Court with your closets friends. A unique and elevated community dining experience fully catered with a gourmet menu & selective wine pairings. Live music to be performed during dinner!
OCC Tree Lighting Ceremony
Join us for our 3rd annual New Year's Eve Under the Lights event on the west side. There will be music, s'mores, photo-op's, and so much more!
We will still have two separate countdowns - one at 9 PM and another at MIDNIGHT!
